ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

New Enrollment

Please complete the enrollment form provided, and pay the Registration Fee and Tuition Fee. Once enrolled, students will get their own ID Number.
Within the same month, new students are allowed to the Weekly Enrollment program.

Student Transfer
Students are allowed to be relocated anytime without having to pay registration fee. However, they are required to complete the Student Transfer Form and/or are recommended to be assessed with the Diagnostic Test again. The receiving EYE LEVEL center owns the right to either accept or reject the transferring students. Students fail to complete the Transfer Form is considered to ve a new student and subject to the Registration Fee.
The releasing center must submit all the student's history including the Student Progress Chart to the receiving center.

Recess
Students are allowed to have a certain period of recess (below 3 months), without having to pay the Registration Fee again.

Re-Enrollment or Resume
With prior notice, students are allowed to re-enrollment to any EYE LEVEL Center without having to pay the Registration Fee. However, Tuition Fee of the subjects he or she is taking, is still payable upfront before the first class starts.

FEE STRUCTURE

Registration Fee = Rp. 200.000

Registration Fee is valid only at the first time of enrollment, and payable after 3 (three) months of recess
This Registration Fee applies to all subjects of EYE LEVEL Programs*

Math Monthly Tuition Fee = Rp. 380.000
English Monthly Tuition Fee = Rp. 400.000
Tuition Fee is payable up-front
(Tuition Fee for the following month is payable at the ending of previous month)

For new students, the following can be applied depending on the situations : 

1. Week Enrollment = Rp. 100.000
2. Week Enrollment = Rp. 200.000
3. Week Enrollment = Rp. 300.000
4. Full Enrollment = Rp. 380.000

STUDY FLOW OF EYE LEVEL PROGRAM

1. Diagnostic Assessment - Diagnostic Test or DT. The DT measures the weaknesses and strengths of students and evaluates their abilities
2. Initializing the Starting Point - Starting Point. The Starting Point is where students at their most CONFIDENT & COMFORTABLE level, which helps them master the current level that leads to future success at te next levels
3. Mastery of the Systematic EYE LEVEL Curriculum - Level Test. Students' understanding will be assessed at the end of each level to determine his or her ability and mastery
4. School Performance Improve - Counseling. Having trained as specialist, EYE LEVEL instructors are to observe each student's study habit, mastery, and performance. It is the duty of EYE LEVEL instructors to counsel with parents regarding the student's progress. As a result, student's performance at school will improve significantly.
5. Paves the Road to Higher Learning - Generating Confidence. Greater self-confidence will result in stronger impact on student's progress and other areas of study, as well as in daily life.

EYE LEVEL MATH

EYE LEVEL MATH program is designed for students from kindergarten up to junior high school with systematics small steps, it enables students to achieve mastery of mathematics through lessons of BASIC THINKING MATH & CRITICAL THINKING MATH.

This program is also well aligned with NCTM (National Council of Teachers of Mathematics) content and process standards, which reflect the collective view of Mathematics teachers ad should be carefully considered when designing Mathematics curricula and instruction.

The EYE LEVEL MATH curriculum and all materials are also revised by The OHIO STATES UNIVERSITY. Adhering to these standards will ensure that students master fundamental concepts in all areas of mathematics at performance levels that are developmentally appropriate.

EYE LEVEL ENGLISH

EYE LEVEL ENGLISH program is designed to guide students in mastering English language proficiency while enhancing the four fundamental language skills of listening, reading, speaking, and writing in a fun way of learning.

VIEWING or VISUAL LITERACY : visual literacy is part of the language arts. by learning from viewing and visual literacy, children can describe the pictures in English.
